Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Weston-Super-Mare location. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, oversees shop-floor operations, and steps in during the Store Manager's absence.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to keep the store running at its best. You'll drive sales, coach a high-performing team and deliver a great customer experience while maintaining high standards.
