Job summary

B&M Stores in Pallion are looking for a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the shop floor and step in during their absence. You will drive sales, standards and KPIs, coach a team and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with clear career progression toward Store Manager and beyond.
