Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Kilamarsh store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead the shop floor, and step in during their absence to ensure operations run smoothly.

You’ll motivate and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive KPIs and maintain high store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
