Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Millbrook, Southampton is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor, and step up in their absence.

You'll drive sales, coach the team, and ensure high standards of customer service while working flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

This hands-on leadership role offers progression toward Store Manager and a culture of energy and opportunity.
