Job summary

B&M Retail in Thurrock is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead daily store operations and step in during absences. You’ll be hands-on on the shop floor, guiding a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver a standout customer experience.

We’re looking for individuals who can coach others, drive KPIs and maintain high standards across all areas of the store. This is a fast-paced, people-focused retail leadership role with room to grow.
