Job summary

B&M Retail in Colchester is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support leadership of the store, drive performance and coach the team on a busy retail floor. You will back the Store Manager, manage day-to-day operations and step in during their absence, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll work across days, evenings, weekends and holidays to keep the store running smoothly and to develop a high-performing team for long-term career progression.
