Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Thurrock store. You will support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor and step in when required to ensure the store runs at its best.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll drive performance, coach your team and focus on delivering excellent customer experience across days, evenings, weekends and holidays. A clear path to Store Manager awaits the right candidate.
