Job summary

B&M Retail in Andover is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the shop floor, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll coach and develop colleagues, own daily store standards, and cover leadership in the Store Manager’s absence, with flexible shifts across days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
