Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Strood is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive performance, develop people and ensure the store runs at its best. This designate role will cover the Strood Area and may travel to other stores as needed.

You will support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, lead by example, and stand in when the Store Manager is absent. You’ll coach the team, push KPIs and maintain high customer standards; flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
