Job summary

B&M Retail in Thurrock is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the store on the shop floor. You’ll drive performance, coach the team, and ensure high standards across all store operations.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a clear path to Store Manager and beyond as the business continues to grow.
