Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Millbrook, Southampton store. You will support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor and step in during their absence, driving sales and standards.

Join a fast-paced retail environment with a hands-on leadership style, flexible across days, evenings, weekends and holidays. A strong focus on coaching, customer experience and team development is essential.
