Royston Day Nursery is seeking a driven and passionate Room Leader to join the Toddlers in the 2-3s Room due to internal promotion. The setting follows individual interests and development to create a warm, home-like atmosphere where children thrive. As Room Leader, you will collaborate with other rooms to ensure smooth and positive transitions, contributing to a nurturing and welcoming environment. The nursery is located near the centre of Royston on Lumen Road, a short walk from the train station with good transport links and on-site parking for drivers. Our nursery is open from 7:30am - 6:00pm and we require you to work varied shift patterns within those times.

Salary: £29,536 per annum plus a Qualification Bonus. We offer a £400 Qualification Recognition bonus to Level 3 Practitioners (paid after 6 months of service, pro-rota for part-time staff). Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential. Benefits include:
