A local educational institution in Taunton is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to lead and manage nursery operations, ensuring high standards of care and education. We currently have a new opportunity for a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join Orchard Grove Primary School, growing and developing an outstanding nursery provision by utilising a passion for Early Years practice.
You’ll provide leadership and management of the Nursery, effectively managing day-to‑day operations whilst ensuring the highest standards of care and education are delivered by supporting staff with the strategic implementation, planning, and monitoring of Nursery provision and policies.
As a Deputy Nursery Manager within Orchard Grove Primary School, you’ll have the opportunity to take a leading role within the Nursery’s development whilst also having access to professional development opportunities, working in tandem with teaching staff to make a real difference to the provision offered to young learners.
