We’re seeking an experienced and talented Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager in this prestigious and peaceful medium‑sized Elderly & Dementia residential care home in Brooke, Norwich.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll help lead the care team and work closely with the Home Manager to keep everything running smoothly and ensure all of the residents receive the highest quality of care.
You’ll be a key role model for the care staff – guiding, mentoring, and supporting them through hands‑on training and everyday leadership. You’ll also play an important part in welcoming new residents by helping with pre‑admission assessments, keeping care plans and daily notes up to date, and building strong relationships with residents’ families and other professionals.
