As Deputy Manager of a residential home, you will be supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in line with Ofsted Requirements. Leading and supervising staff, managing rotas, and contributing to recruitment, training and performance development.
The role includes maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. Liaising effectively with residents, families, professionals and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity and independence, while also assisting with audits, inspections and compliance requirements.
