Responsibilities

The role of a deputy manager will see you managing a large team to drive sales through delivering the highest standards of service. Alongside driving service, you'll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team. Benefits & Compensation

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £36,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year. In this role you will only work two full weekends per month. You will also only work seven days in every fortnight meaning you have a much better work/life balance.
