A leading care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their residential home in High Wycombe. The role involves supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Bright Selection is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded care provider in the appointment of a Deputy Manager for one of their large, purpose-built care homes in High Wycombe. The home provides exceptional residential and dementia care, maintaining an excellent reputation for quality and compassion within the local community.
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to‑day operation of the home. You will take shared responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance are maintained. The role will include a minimum of two shifts per week on the floor, ensuring strong leadership presence and continuity of care, as well as overseeing the home’s operations in the Manager’s absence.
