Overview

We are looking to recruit a passionate senior carer / team leader / unit manager who is seeking the next step in their career and would like to join us as a Care Manager overseeing two Care Homes.

Here at Bondcare we have a couple of Nursing homes within Yorkshire. We have a dual Registered Home Manager and we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of quality care and who can support her with both services under a supernumerary role.

This role will be fully supernumerary, working across two sites, Huddersfield and Bradford.

Responsibilities
  • Support with administrative tasks such as care plan management, audits, and medication management.
  • Assist with training, mentoring and development of staff.
  • Work across two sites in Huddersfield and Bradford in a supernumerary capacity.
