A leading care provider in North East England is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure high-quality person-centred care. In this role, you will lead care services in the absence of the Home Manager, mentoring staff, and contributing to care planning. As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's empathetic and resident-focused.
