An organization providing residential childcare in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager. This role involves supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining a nurturing environment for vulnerable young people, providing individualised care while fostering a trauma-informed approach. Candidates must have relevant childcare qualifications and experience in a senior position. Salary ranges from £28,500 to £34,000 plus sleep in allowance, with opportunities for ongoing training and career development.

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for the young people in our 5-bed home in Farnborough. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the children\'s home, playing a key role in ensuring all young people are provided with excellent standards of individualised care. You will work with openness and compassion and be a positive role model to our young people and staff team.
