A leading care provider in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Deputy Home Manager. In this role, you will provide essential nursing support, oversee resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and mentor a dedicated team. Candidates should hold a valid NMC Pin and demonstrate knowledge in person-centred care. As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be ensuring the level of clinical care goes beyond professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This includes providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver a service that's empathetic to resident issues.
