Are you an experienced Deputy Headteacher with a proven track record of driving academic excellence and improving outcomes for all learners?

Kettlethorpe High School is a large, vibrant, and inclusive maintained secondary school with a strong reputation for nurturing ambition and delivering high-quality education. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our senior leadership team and take the lead on achievement and raising attainment across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead whole‑school strategies to raise academic standards and close attainment gaps.
  • Use data insightfully to monitor progress, identify trends, and implement targeted interventions.
  • Work closely with curriculum leaders and pastoral teams to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
  • Champion high expectations and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the school as a key member of the SLT.
