Hours: Full time, Term time
Salary Details: Up to £42,000 per annum DOE

Cambian Northampton School is a small independent specialist provision with 30 students on roll that provides quality and personalised education for young people ranging from ages 11 to 16 with on-going social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH). The school offers a nurturing and caring environment which allows all our young people to thrive and achieve their full potential.
The role will include management of the school on a day-to-day basis and lead on curriculum. A full understanding of the school behaviour policy is required, along with the ability to implement and model high standards of behaviour management. In addition to this, contribution to the self-evaluation process and strategic development of the school will be an integral part of the role ensuring professional standards are maintained at all times.
We are one of the largest providers of specialist education and behavioural health services for children and adults in the UK. We provide a broad range of services across the UK including specialist education schools and colleges for residential and day students, residential care homes and a therapeutic fostering service.
Cambian is committed to Safeguarding and protecting the young people and service users within our care. All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks.
This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
