A specialist educational institution in Sussex is seeking an inspirational qualified teacher experienced in supporting vulnerable children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The role involves ensuring high-quality teaching, collaborating with staff and parents, and developing curriculum strategies for Key Stages 3 & 4. Ideal candidates will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a compassionate approach to education, along with experience in leading teams. Basic Salary: Up to £46,790.02

Situated in the lovely setting of Glengorse Estate in Battle, East Sussex ISP School provides specialist education for 7-18 year-olds with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH), communication and interaction, cognition, and learning needs.
Our mission is to provide each child with a diverse and appropriate education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline and engagement, inspires learning, and encourages aspiration and achievement.
We are looking for an inspirational qualified teacher who has experience working with vulnerable children in school across key stages 3 & 4 and is prepared to teach/guide children particularly in Science, Maths and the wider curriculum.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, cost of which will be met by ISP School Battle.
