A modern veterinary practice in Rotherham seeks a Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse to join their busy team. The role involves supporting the Head Nurse in delivering clinical care and client service, along with responsibilities such as clinical coaching and promoting continuous improvement. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head Nurse to join a busy, modern practice in Rotherham. This role offers the chance to work within a growing nursing team, focused on delivering outstanding clinical care and client service. Supporting the Head Nurse, the Deputy will help drive clinical efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement across the practice.

This position is ideal for a team player who enjoys working across a varied caseload, has strong communication skills, and is eager to develop professionally. An interest in schedule 3 procedures is desirable, and clinical coaching duties are included, though prior coaching experience isnt essential.

4 x 9-hour shifts per week (shifts across MonSun between 8am and 9:30pm).

Participation in bank holiday rota.

Sole charge work required at times.
