• Minimum 3 years catering experience.
• Operational experience in the conference & banqueting sector.
• Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Organise and supervise the unit in accordance with standards.

• Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard.
