Location: Stockport | Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (Base £35,200 + Bonus up to £4,800)
Contract: Full-time | 3 on, 3 off shift pattern (10am–10pm)

The Role
Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Deputy Manager will:
Lead and supervise care teams across shifts
Support staff development and performance management
Oversee day-to-day operations and incident responses
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care planning
Foster a safe, therapeutic environment for young people
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a children’s residential care setting
At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Level 4 qualification desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management
