Job summary

Bestway Group is looking for a Non-Trading Team Leader to oversee depot administration and health and safety, supporting the Operations Manager to meet KPI targets and drive efficient, compliant branch operations across the site.

You will manage administration processes, credit control, pricing and file maintenance, and strive to deliver consistently high customer satisfaction while embedding all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of systems and procedures.
• Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Highly organised with planning skills and ability to manage various tasks.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience delivering excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results.
• Excellent and inspiring leadership and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all administration processes within the depot are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with any legislative guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance of any health and Safety activities within the depot.
• Control of customer credit and debt.
• Control of customer credit notes and claims.
• Pricing and File Maintenance.
• Meet or exceed all Customer Satisfaction targets and scores.
• Drive the standard for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures in relation to administration are effectively implemented and embedded.
