Bestway Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the depot team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met in a busy environment. The role is physically demanding, requiring you to be on your feet, move stock, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/wholesale environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation.
• Manual handling equipment licence is required.
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks with strong time management.
• Proven customer service and customer satisfaction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot.
• Keep the depot secure at all times.
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction targets and scores.
• Drive standards for excellent customer satisfaction and shopping experience.
• Act as an ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and embedded.
