Bestway Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the depot team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met in a busy environment. The role involves physical work, stock movement, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will uphold health and safety standards and act as an ambassador for Bestway Wholesale. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong planning and time management skills, and a track record in delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/wholesale environments.
• Sound knowledge of health & safety and retail compliance legislation.
• Manual handling equipment licence.
• Excellent planning and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proven track record in delivering customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead, delegate and build a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot
• Ensuring the depot is kept secure at all times
• Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets
• Driving standards for great customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience
• Acting as an ambassador for Bestway Wholesale
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
• Ensuring health and safety policy and legislation are adhered to
