UNITED WHOLESALE GROCERS LTD in Glasgow is seeking a Depot Supervisor to oversee daily depot operations, lead a frontline team, and drive excellent customer service, high stock availability and sales growth while ensuring a clean, safe workspace compliant with health and safety legislation.

You will schedule weekly rotas, monitor depot KPIs, manage stock levels and promotions, and work with management to implement improvements.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in a depot/retail wholesale environment.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Good IT skills and experience with depot IT systems.
• Ability to organise rotas and plan staffing.
