  • Administer Tenancy Deposit Scheme referrals with landlords and tenants.
  • Advise and get instructions from landlords and tenants at tenancy end.
  • Draw up cost schedules based on checkout reports.
  • Ensure prompt payment instructions for contractors and deposits.

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Leighton Buzzard. As a Deposits Coordinator you will be responsible for liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to arrange inspections and repairs. We are looking for an outgoing, confident and driven person who will take charge of a portfolio and push for the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Administering Tenancy Deposit Scheme referrals by liaising with landlords, tenants, branch staff and client accounting
  • Advising and obtaining instructions from landlords and tenants at the end of the tenancy
  • Draw up schedule of costs based on checkout report
  • Ensure that relevant payments are instructed promptly and properly regarding contractors, deposits
Qualifications and skills
  • Customer service and administration skills
  • Detail oriented, organised and solid administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
