Halfords in Ledston is seeking a department supervisor ready to step into a management gateway role. You’ll help run day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, and deliver market-leading service to customers on the sales floor.

You'll support store management, uphold high service standards, and take key holder responsibilities while training others to hit targets. This role developing into management offers progression and comprehensive product knowledge training.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a small team
• Experience delivering great customer service ideally in a retail sales or services environment
• Experience delivering on-the-job training / coaching to others
• Experience working to tight deadlines
• Track record of achieving exceptional sales targets
• Some knowledge of motoring or cycling preferred but training provided
