A health service provider in Plymouth seeks Operational Assistants for their Out of Hours emergency Dental Clinic. The role involves greeting patients and processing payments during shifts typically running from 08:30 to 16:30 on weekends and bank holidays. While dental knowledge is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must possess solid IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel, alongside good communication abilities. Access Dental is looking to recruit Operational Assistants in our Out of Hours emergency Dental Clinic.
Operational Assistants will support the service by greeting patients and taking payments, over Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts typically run 08:30 - 16:30, you would be required to cover shifts shifts as part of a regular working patten over a 12-week rolling rota. There will also be an opportunity for you to pick up additional hours covering colleagues leave
What we are looking for:
Dental knowledge preferred but not necessary.
IT Skills including MS Word & Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team.
