• Prior knowledge and experience of forecasting and supply chain principles.
• Strong supply planning experience preferred.
• Ability to debate/challenge forecasts assertively.
• Experience within a performance management environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and improve forecasting process.
• Analyze weekly stock levels and generate consolidated forecasts.
• Facilitate forecast consensus meetings.
• Monitor performance measures and improve processes.
• Build working relationships with key customers.
• Coordinate weekly sales and operation planning meetings.
• Report progress to management on KPI realization.
