What You’ll Be Doing as a Demand Planner

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and support production planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Analyse forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes.
• Identify risks and opportunities in demand and supply, and recommend actionable solutions.

What We’re Looking For as Demand Planner

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong MRP/ERP experience - SAP experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
