Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flex to work US time zones

I am recruiting for my organisation, a global industrial manufacturing business. Looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated programs, and managing global campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targeted marketing funnel activities.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team to develop paid search and social strategies, focusing on messaging, imagery, CTA, and landing pages to enhance customer journey and meet KPIs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into communication briefs for internal and external creative teams, ensuring messaging resonates with end users, partners, and sales teams.
• Drive project success through planning, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement across global teams and leaders.
• Lead global reporting for top prioritized countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics like marketing contacts, MQLs, and opportunities.
• Support campaign performance reviews and share learnings broadly.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience in creative brief writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Eloqua (nice to have).
