Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist
Contract: 12 months initially
Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)
Hours: UK hours, but flex to work US time zones
I am recruiting for my organisation, a global industrial manufacturing business. Looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
You will make an impact by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated programs, and managing global campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for our end-users, channel partners, and sales teams that can help drive select targets across the marketing funnel.
- Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
- Collaborate with the global paid media team to create paid search and social strategies, including messaging, image selection, CTA, and landing page development to enhance the customer journey and reach annual KPIs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal or agency creative teams. This facilitates the development of key messaging and value propositions that resonate with end users, channel partners, and sales teams.
- Drive project success through meticulous planning, timeline management, and proactive stakeholder engagement, including alignment and expectation management across global and regional leaders and teams.
- Lead global reporting for the top 12 prioritized countries, ensuring timely updates with actuals across key metrics such as marketing contacts, MQLs, and opportunities.
- Support integrated campaign performance reviews, ensuring timely reporting and sharing of learnings.
- Collaborate with regional teams to establish and align activation plans with KPIs supporting global targets.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields
- Experience in creative brief writing, project management, and stakeholder management
- Proven analytical skills (KPI setting, performance tracking) with experience using Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics, and similar tools; Eloqua experience is a plus.
