Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, flexible to US time zones

I am recruiting for my organisation, a global industrial manufacturing business. Looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated campaigns, and managing global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targets across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team on paid search and social strategies, including messaging, images, CTA, and landing pages to enhance customer journey and meet KPIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into communication briefs for internal and external creative teams to develop resonant messaging and value propositions.
• Ensure project success through detailed planning, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
• Lead global reporting for top 12 countries, providing monthly updates on key metrics like marketing contacts, MQLs, opportunities, etc.
• Support campaign performance reviews and share learnings broadly.
• Work closely with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Experience in creative brief writing, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Proven analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics; Eloqua experience is a plus.
