Global Demand & Integrated Marketing Specialist

Contract: 12 months initially

Location: UK, remote (occasional travel to Berkshire)

Hours: UK hours, but flexible to work US time zones

I am recruiting for my organisation, a global industrial manufacturing business. Looking for an Integrated and Demand Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by co-creating and implementing demand generation programs, building end-to-end integrated programs, and managing global campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive targets across the marketing funnel.
• Deliver end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content creation and lead nurturing programs.
• Collaborate with the global paid media team to create paid search and social strategies, including messaging, imagery, CTA, and landing pages to enhance customer journey and reach KPIs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the division team, translating business needs into comprehensive communication briefs for internal or external creative teams.
• Drive project success through meticulous planning, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement, including global and regional leaders.
• Lead global reporting for the top 12 countries, ensuring timely updates on key metrics.
• Support integrated campaign performance reviews and share learnings.
• Work closely with regional teams to align activation plans with global KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience
• Experience in creative brief writing, project management, and stakeholder management
• Proven analytical skills (KPI setting, performance tracking) with tools like Salesforce, Adobe/Google Analytics; Eloqua experience is a plus.
