Job summary

DPDgroup in Guildford is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery, working closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership of resolving them.

You will answer queries about delivery status and POD, investigate missing parcels and disputes, and promote DPD products and services to customers, contributing to reliable, award-winning service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.
• Demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and initiative to effectively problem solve.
