Job summary

DPD Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to assist internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery. You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, problem solve and take ownership for resolving them.

You will handle delivery status queries, provide Proof of Delivery, investigate missing parcels, resolve disputes, and promote DP D Group products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication with confident telephone manner and rapport-building.
• Polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with initiative to problem solve.
