Role: Delivery Operations Coordinator

Location: Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000–£45,000
Department: Delivery
Reports to: Head of Delivery

About The Client: Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup transforming how financial services onboard and engage customers using secure messaging and AI-driven automation. They're scaling quickly and need operational talent who can keep pace with rapid growth and evolving delivery demands.

About the Role:

Once an AI deal is sold by the Delivery Specialists, you become the operational owner. You’ll ensure the delivery specification is followed, systems are maintained, tasks progress on time, and issues are identified and escalated effectively.

No AI background is needed; this is about structure, discipline, and exceptional organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Methodically work through project specifications to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Maintain and run internal delivery systems and workflows.

  • Track progress across multiple delivery projects.

  • Escalate risks and issues quickly to appropriate leads.

  • Coordinate with organisers and AI Delivery Specialists to keep delivery aligned.
