Caledonian is seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Manager to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions that support business growth and enhance customer and colleague experiences.

Working across the Caledonian group, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, third-party suppliers and internal technical teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement across our systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities, resources and dependencies.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear project plans.
  • Managing risks, issues and change control processes effectively.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitoring project progress, budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to agreed governance, quality standards and best practices.
  • Supporting the adoption of new systems and processes through effective communication and change management.
  • Complying with company policies, procedures and relevant IT and data security standards.

  • Show a collaborative, professional and solutions-focused approach.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ideally hold a relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP), though equivalent experience will be considered.
