Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to join a two-person delivery crew. You will install products at customers' homes, coach fellow drivers, and manage loading with the warehouse team from a delivery hub. The role requires heavy lifting and hands-on customer service across a 4-day pattern.

You will be expected to maintain safety, stay updated on new products, and represent the brand with professionalism on every visit.

Qualifications

• Previous installation experience is required.
• Installer accreditation will be provided to top up knowledge.
• Good customer service skills and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with the customer at the forefront.
• Coach, develop and assess delivery colleagues to perform at their best.
• Assist loading the lorry with deliveries alongside the warehouse team.
• Demonstrate respect for customers' homes and handle issues to find the best solution.
• Install products efficiently and show customers how they work.
• Keep up to date with new products and technologies relevant to the role.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
