Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in Leeds is seeking a Technician Specialist to join a 2-person delivery crew, bringing our service to customers' doors and installing products they love into their homes.

You will also coach fellow drivers on home installations and customer service, acting as a role model for the John Lewis brand. Heavy lifting is required, and the role involves varied shifts across seven days.

Qualifications

• Must hold a C1 UK driving licence and DCPC.
• Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle is essential.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication, both phone and in person, is a must.
• Good understanding of technology and how to use basic devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install products for customers as part of a 2-person crew.
• Coach and develop fellow drivers on home installations and customer service.
• Assist loading the vehicle and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Ensure customer homes are treated with care and handle issues professionally.
• Install appliances and explain usage of products to customers.
• Maintain safety and stay updated on new products and technologies.
• Uphold John Lewis service standards and brand ambassador role.
