Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to join a two-person delivery crew, installing furniture, kitchen appliances and TV/hi-fi products at customers’ homes, and coaching other drivers to deliver great service. You’ll drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle, handle heavy lifting, and ensure safe, neat, on-time installs while representing the John Lewis brand.

The role requires installation experience, a UK Manual C1 licence, CPC/Tachograph cards by day one, and a willingness to work varied

Qualifications

• Previous installation experience required and installer accreditation to be provided.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with customer service as priority.
• Coach and develop delivery driver colleagues and share knowledge.
• Assist with loading deliveries and work with warehouse team.
• Demonstrate respect for customers' homes and handle issues with solutions.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate how they work.
