Wolseley UK Limited’s Plumb Centre in Dundee is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver 3.5t. You will perform multi-drop deliveries, manage stock deliveries, and uphold health and safety standards while representing a leading trade merchant in the local area.

The role offers a permanent part-time schedule (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 07:30–16:30) with benefits including annual leave, a matched pension, potential bonuses, and access to employee discounts and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.
• Multidrop driving experience is advantageous.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5t van with multi-drop deliveries to customers in the local area, handling heavy stock (boilers, radiators, sinks, toilets).
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers as a positive brand ambassador.
• Ensure health and safety checks are performed daily on vehicle, equipment and load; report any defects.
• Load and unload deliveries when required.
• When not out on deliveries, assist in the warehouse with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and tidying.

As a 3.5t Delivery Driver based in Dundee you'll be responsible for:

• Driving a 3.5t van carrying out multi -drop deliveries to our customers in the local area - (This will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers ensuring you are a positive ambassador of the brand
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• When you are not out on deliveries you will be assisting in the warehouse with duties including unloading incoming stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying

This is a permanent part time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:30pm.
