Job summary

Plumb Centre in Sittingbourne is seeking a Delivery Driver 3.5t to deliver plumbing and heating supplies within an 80 mile radius, handling 10–30 deliveries daily to sites and customers.

You will drive a 3.5T van, perform vehicle checks, and assist in the warehouse with loading, unloading, and stock checks. This permanent 40-hour per week role runs Mon-Fri, 07:00–16:00, with no weekend work. Competitive benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies within an 80 mile radius of the branch.
• Make 10–30 deliveries daily to new build sites, residential customers and other businesses.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and general loading/unloading of goods.
• Assist in warehouse tasks when back from deliveries, including stock checks and tidying.

As a **Delivery Driver 3.5t** based in **Sittingbourne** you’ll be responsible for: * Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies mainly within a 80 mile radius of the branch.* The number of deliveries will vary day to day from 10 - 30 mainly to new build construction sites but also residential customers and other businesses.* Carrying out vehicle checks.* Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks.* Assisting in the warehouse if back from deliveries early with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00am - 4:00pm (with flexibility).
