We're seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join Ocado Logistics, a leading logistics company dedicated to excellent customer service. The role involves delivering goods on predefined routes using automated technology.

About the Role

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting merchandise to customers on a schedule that includes evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. Drivers will use pre‑planned routes, pre‑load van deliveries, and ensure all items are delivered safely and on time. All shifts are 8 hours long, paid breaks are included, and drivers can earn additional premiums for evening and Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers on scheduled routes.
• Pre‑load van and plan routes using automated technology.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and time spent travelling.
• Adhere to all road safety and traffic regulations.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous driving experience is preferable but not required; training will be provided.

Contract & Compensation

• Permanent contract, 40 hours per week (including paid breaks).
• Required to work any 5 days out of 7, completing 8‑hour shifts (AM & PM).
• Hourly rates: Basic £12.26 (Mon‑Sat), Evening premium from 6 pm £1.12, Sunday premium £1.23 (day) and £2.46 (evening).
• Overtime rates: Monday‑Saturday day shift £15.33 per hour; evening shift £16.73 per hour.
• Monthly salary estimated at £12,700.
